Processing Times
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may extend by an additional 1-2 business days.
Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options for domestic orders:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days after processing.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order, shipping method, and destination.
- Free standard shipping is available for orders over $50 within the United States.
Delivery Locations
- Safely Delicious currently ships to all 50 states within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- At this time, we do not ship internationally. Please check back as we expand our shipping services in the future.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
- While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- If your package is lost or delayed, please contact us at CustomerService@safelydelicious.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please email CustomerService@safelydelicious.com within 3 business days of receipt. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable). We will resolve the issue promptly.
Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. Safely Delicious is not responsible for delays or additional fees incurred due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Holiday Shipping
- To ensure timely delivery during the holiday season, we recommend placing orders by December 15th for standard shipping.
